Payment term: Payable by cash, half of the commission payable after receiving 10% from the buyer and the remaining commission after the second 10%.
Note 1: The sales will be exclusively for the agent concerning the shares of the introduced investors.
Note 2: The Investor Partner has to agree to sale the properties project’s share.
