1. For freelancer: 1% of the current plot value amount
2. For Agent Company: 2% of the current plot value amount

Payment term: Payment is expected in cash, and the complete commission will be due upon obtaining 10% of the development value from potential investors engaged in the identified partnerships or from sales through off-plan transactions to individual buyers.
